Technical Documentation
We use standard templates for technical documents such as SRS, SDS, Test Plans, Test Results, Status Reports, etc. The staff that write these documents have excellent English language skills and have the necessary technical backgrounds.
Project Management
We have developed an Online Project Management site that enables us to plan and monitor projects. The Project Managers can oversee the project developments as it occurs.
Marketing & Account Management
We have developed our own strategies and systems for effective marketing and monitoring of existing customer accounts.
Beta Testing
We have a large pool of independent beta testers whom we use to test software built by us, or any other software that a customer wishes to get beta tested. We handle the administrative side of the testing process and provide tabulated results to the development team.
Web Links, SEO and Web Marketing
We have expertise in improving the number of visits to a website. This can be in the form of exchanging web links or indexing in various search engines. We have a separate department to handle such jobs.
Effective Communication
As mentioned before, we have very good communication skills. We know how to listen to our customers and how to convey our suggestions to them.
For bigger and medium projects, we prefer Java or Microsoft .Net technologies. For smaller ones we choose PHP, Perl, ASP, CGI and others. In any case, we choose the best technologies to optimize the project.
